Nourish Wichita is a full day built for women to settle in, fill up, and remember what it feels like to be taken care of. Walk into a morning market with mimosa (or mocktail) in hand, wander booths from 10 local women-owned businesses, let gentle yoga-inspired movement bring you back into your body, and settle into a sound bath that asks nothing of you but to receive. Then, brunch. Made by a locally owned business who believes food should nourish us, not just feed us. After we eat, the market opens back up so you can shop slower, sit longer, and actually talk to the women next to you. This is
